Single-site visibility doesn't automatically scale to multi-site
A single warehouse can often stay accurate on a whiteboard or a simple spreadsheet, because one team can physically verify a discrepancy quickly. Add a second site, and that same informal accuracy check stops working — nobody can walk over and look, so each site's numbers are trusted at face value until a stock-out or an over-order proves one of them wrong.
