Quoting custom software without isolating the core system constraint leads to building software for symptoms rather than the root cause. This generates customization debt and fails to improve global throughput. The CDE isolates the exact constraint so we can design and build the minimal code required to remove it.
How does the CDE interact with our internal development teams?
The CDE produces a detailed, database-level Technical Integration Specification. This specification is complete and structured so your internal developers can implement the sync gates and middleware themselves, or you can contract HSA to engineer it.
What is the pricing model for the Constraint Discovery Engagement?
The CDE is a fixed fee, scoped to the size of the operation being reviewed — deliberately priced low enough to be a low-risk first step. We don't publish a generic rate card here, because the right scope depends on what's actually being looked at. Get in touch for a specific quote.
Do we need to pay before the engagement starts?
Yes — 50% of the fixed fee is paid upfront via bank transfer to confirm the engagement and cover travel, with the remaining 50% due on delivery of the findings.
