This is not a claim that HSA specializes in mining. It's specifically about the contractor onboarding, safety documentation, and supply-chain compliance paperwork that surrounds a mining operation — a logistics and compliance problem, structurally similar to compliance work HSA has done in other contexts, not an operational mining claim.

Mine sites typically require every contractor and supplier to clear a set of compliance checks — safety inductions, insurance, certifications — before work can begin, and re-clear them periodically.
